Every guide sits in one of three topics:

Each guide starts from primary sources: the rule or ethics opinion itself, the court's judgment, the regulator's notice or the vendor's own terms and data policy. News coverage and other blogs help us find those sources. They do not replace them.

Before a guide goes live, a separate review pass reopens every cited source and checks quotes, dates, case numbers and names against it. A claim we cannot trace to a source is cut.

Where lawyers or regulators disagree about what a rule means, the guide says who reads it which way instead of presenting one view as settled.

Rules and vendor terms change. Guides are rechecked on a rolling schedule, and when the substance of a guide changes it shows an Updated date under the headline.

The guides and the weekly newsletter are free. The site is paid for by templates and toolkits sold through Gumroad, and by affiliate or referral links.
